Biography
Nathaniel H. Benjamin is a skillful human capital executive, industry leader, strategist, coach, and renowned speaker who is passionate for linking strategy, workforce planning, and organizational/employee engagement to drive individual and organizational success. In a 25 year career, Benjamin has led global human resources, organizational culture, and equal employment opportunity/civil rights corporate programs.
Earlier in his career, Benjamin also served as a noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, and an adjunct instructor for institutions of higher learning. He has received several awards for his superior leadership, and notable results as a human resources and organization development change agent.
Benjamin is also the President and CEO of Vertical Works -- a premier people centered firm with the vision of developing people, bettering the world.
Benjamin is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the University of Baltimore, and Johns Hopkins University.
